Norwegian ASP Data Center, in collaboration with DNB Markets, issued its first senior secured bond of NOK 615 million (roughly €52 million).
ASP Data Center was established in 2022 by ASP Eiendom AS, a property enterprise in Norway. ASP Data Center is a provider of data center solutions, mostly in the south-western region of Norway. It offers co-location, white space, and build-to-suit services, powered by 100% renewable energy. At the end of last year, it acquired a new 1500 m2 site.
DNB Markets, which is Norway’s largest brokerage firm and investment bank, acted as the sole bookrunner.
