Established in 2003 with the County Government and the 21 municipalities as stakeholders, Bredbåndsfylket specializes in telecommunication via fiber-optic cable as well as providing complete solutions for its stakeholders and businesses across the region. Bredbåndsfylket’s unique knowledge of the region makes it an ideal partner for establishing international communication routes, as well as datacenter and satellite communication infrastructure. Bredbåndsfylket is also the Norwegian partner for the Far North Fiber subsea cable project.
